Restorative Yoga Class

Take a moment to slow down with RE*FIT’s own Jen Gebhart and her restorative yoga class. Not a workshop or a once a month session but and on going class to help you manage throughout the week. With little to no muscle exertion; each pose is held in a position of support and comfort. Without the distraction of constant movement and muscle engagement your connective tissues are free to stretch and release. Participants will leave grounded with a cultivated sense of awareness. No yoga or meditation experience is required and all levels are welcome. Come join us.

URBAN ZEN Integrative Therapy

Urban Zen Integrative Therapy accredited by the Ohio State Medical Center, The James Cancer Hospital. UCLA, and the Beth Israel Hospital in New York has come to The RE*FIT Group. Incorporating aromatherapy, meditation, gentle movement, yoga and other modalities to decrease symptoms of pain, anxiety, nausea, insomnia, and constipation. This 6 week series could not have come at a better time than the holiday season.

Basics Yoga

Walking into your first yoga class can be intimidating. It can feel like everyone is “ in the club” except for you. If you are new to yoga, looking to get back into yoga, or have been unhappy with your previous yoga experience our Yoga Basics is the class for you. Simple stretches, Accessible yoga poses and breath practices that can help ease stiff joints, help with balance / mobility , while building strength and energy in your daily life.
